The main purpose of the Goal Tracking season is to analyze and discuss how we are progressing with each of your goals. This is where we recalculate where you stand, re-evaluate our assumptions and possibly re-set our strategies moving forward.
🌱 Spring: Asset Allocation
In Asset Allocation we take into consideration your risk tolerance, investment time frames etc. We then set the Investment model we will be using for the next 12 months.
🌞 Summer: Family, Security and Cash Flow Review
This season will focus on cash flow ensuring you are properly positioned for your short term cash needs. Insurance and estate planning strategies are reviewed. Additionally, we discuss intergenerational issues and employee benefits.
🍂 Fall: Tax Planning
This season is designed to make sure your taxes are organized as much as possible. We reach out to your accountant to work with us to help you make appropriate tax decisions, not only to save taxes in the current year but also for the long run.

The one and only financial advisor for our family
Working with Preston Foreman for over 20 years has been one of the best financial decisions we’ve made. My husband and initially were overwhelmed but Preston took the time to understand our goals and created a clear, personalized strategy. Preston consistently communicates and explains complex market shifts in simple terms. Preston truly earned my trust.
Trusted Advisor - Highly Recommend
Preston has been our financial advisor for over ten years now, so we've experienced boom times, recessions, career changes, city changes, a major renovation, three property purchases, and a pandemic together! During that time, our investments have steadily grown in Preston's care. More specifically, he has always carefully taken into account our career and retirement plans and appetite for risk when advising us. He's also reliable, responsive and just a great guy. We highly recommend.
Best financial adviser and friend
I have known Preston Forman over 20 years. In the beginning my late husband and I had a very complicated and mix portfolio that was to difficult for us to handle. After meeting Preston, we felt confident that he was going to take care of our portfolio. In good time, Preston's financial expertise our investment portfolio in the right direction. Not only he organized and also balance our portfolio. We have trust Preston's financial insides that has evolved from a professional relationship to a friendship. It is a pleasure to do business this way.
Smart, trustworthy mensch
After being laid off from a major publishing house, I began working as a freelance editor. Shortly thereafter my husband quit his job to run his own law practice. We were too busy making money to properly manage it. Thankfully, my husband and I were friends with Preston Forman—a smart, trustworthy mensch—who we hired to be our financial advisor. Preston quickly responds to queries and explains complex ideas in a way that even I, who am barely financially literate, can understand. His calm, steady guidance has helped us amass the kind of portfolio that allows us to fully fund our daughter’s college account and save for a comfortable retirement while living well now. If you are seeking a financial advisor, do yourself a favor and hire Preston Forman.
Simply the best
Preston has worked with our family for nearly 20 years. In that time he has expertly steered us through the highs and lows of financial cycles as well as supporting key life events. His sage advice and deep partnership cannot be overstated as we moved through the different stages of our lives, with the focus on our goals, not products. Trust, professionalism and caring are the words that come to mind in describing Preston. If anyone is looking for an advisor to guide them through these often complicated matters, do not hesitate to contact him. He has our highest recommendation.
Trusted advisor and friend
We’ve been working with Preston for over 15 yrs and it has been a fruitful and enriching experience. He is insightful, responsive, steady and measured while also being agile to respond to what’s happening in the market. We’ve been through the recession, job changes, elections, the pandemic, childbirths etc. Preston continues to provide excellent guidance mindful of who we are and what we’ve said we want for our financial future. Through it all, Preston has vindicated our trust and faith in him and our partnership. Aside from the great substantive guidance, Preston is an extended family member. We feel seen, heard and cared about in this relationship as clients and as two people who came from humble beginnings and are building a future to ensure our son has the best we can provide and that we are able to enjoy our golden years in ways that our parents could’ve only dreamed.
More than a financial advisor
My husband and I have trusted our financial planning with Preston for many years. He has seen us thru ups and downs of the economy including the 2008 crisis. His professionalism and knowledge of the market continues to give us confidence that working with him is the best decision we made. But not only is he excellent at his job, he has also become a good friend. I highly recommend Preston to anyone who is looking for a financial planner.

Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
